Bunch Yazılım Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we," "our," or "us") operates the 30% Ruling Tracker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our App is designed with a privacy-first approach — your personal data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you use the App, you may enter the following information:

• Employment Information: Gross annual salary, employment start date, employer name
• 30% Ruling Details: Ruling start date, ruling duration, arrival date in the Netherlands
• Job Comparison Data: Salary details for comparing job offers (if you use this feature)

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information
• We do not collect your location data
• We do not track your usage behavior or analytics
• We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
• We do not collect device identifiers for advertising purposes

How Your Data is Stored

All data is stored locally on your device. We use Apple's SwiftData framework to securely store your information directly on your iPhone. Your data is:

• Stored only on your device
• Protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
• Included in your iCloud backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled (managed by Apple)
• Shared between the main app and widgets via secure App Groups (on-device only)

We do not operate servers that store your personal data. We cannot access, view, or retrieve any information you enter into the App.

Widgets

The App includes home screen and lock screen widgets. Widget data is shared between the main app and widgets using Apple's App Groups feature. This data sharing occurs entirely on your device and does not involve any network transmission.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional premium features through in-app purchases. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

Apple may collect and process data related to your purchase in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following Apple services:

• StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases (handled by Apple)
• WidgetKit: For home screen and lock screen widgets (on-device only)
• UserNotifications: For optional reminder notifications (processed locally)

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data Security

Your data is protected by:

• Apple's iOS security architecture
• On-device encryption provided by iOS
• Your device's passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID protection
• Secure App Groups for widget data sharing

Since your data never leaves your device (except through your own iCloud backups), it is protected by Apple's security infrastructure.

Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: View all your data directly within the App
• Modification: Edit any information at any time through the App's settings
• Deletion: Delete your profile and all associated data through Settings → Delete Profile
• Export: Export your data as a PDF report from the Savings tab

Since all data is stored locally, deleting the App will permanently remove all data from your device.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is designed for adults who are eligible for or interested in the Dutch 30% ruling tax benefit.

International Users

The App is primarily designed for users in the Netherlands who are eligible for the 30% ruling. However, the App can be used by anyone. All data remains on your device regardless of your location.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
