Overeenkomst

Door EnergiePrijs ("de App") te downloaden of te gebruiken, ga je akkoord met deze Gebruiksvoorwaarden. Als je niet akkoord gaat, gebruik de App dan niet.

Deze Voorwaarden zijn een aanvulling op Apple's Standaard Licentieovereenkomst voor Eindgebruikers, die eveneens van toepassing is op jouw gebruik van de App.

Servicebeschrijving

EnergiePrijs toont elektriciteitsprijzen voor Nederland, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Spanje en Italië, waaronder:

• Groothandelsprijzen van het ENTSO-E Transparency Platform
• Geschatte all-in kosten (groothandel + energiebelasting + BTW + provider opslag)
• Prijsniveau-indicatoren (Negatief, Zeer Goedkoop, Goedkoop, Normaal, Duur, Zeer Duur)
• Slimme planningsaanbevelingen voor apparaten
• 30 dagen prijshistorie met trends en inzichten
• Live Activity op het vergrendelscherm
• Apple Watch companion-app met complicaties

Belangrijke disclaimers

Alleen voor informatieve doeleinden

De App wordt uitsluitend voor informatieve doeleinden aangeboden. Prijsinformatie in de App mag niet worden beschouwd als financieel, juridisch of professioneel advies.

Prijsnauwkeurigheid

Hoewel we ernaar streven nauwkeurige prijzen weer te geven:

• Groothandelsprijzen zijn afkomstig van ENTSO-E en kunnen vertraging oplopen of niet beschikbaar zijn
• Energiebelastingtarieven zijn gebaseerd op gepubliceerde overheidstarieven per land en kunnen wijzigen
• Provider opslagen zijn door de gebruiker ingestelde schattingen en kunnen afwijken van de werkelijke kosten
• Berekende prijzen zijn schattingen en komen mogelijk niet overeen met jouw werkelijke energierekening
• Belastingtarieven voor Duitsland, Frankrijk, Spanje en Italië zijn vereenvoudigd en vertegenwoordigen mogelijk niet alle regionale toeslagen of gestaffelde tariefstructuren

Wij garanderen niet de nauwkeurigheid, volledigheid of tijdigheid van enige prijsinformatie.

Gegevens van derden

Prijsgegevens worden geleverd door het European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E). Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor:

• Nauwkeurigheid of beschikbaarheid van gegevens van ENTSO-E
• Serviceonderbrekingen of API-wijzigingen door ENTSO-E
• Vertragingen bij de publicatie van prijzen

Geen aansprakelijkheid voor beslissingen

Je bent zelf volledig verantwoordelijk voor beslissingen die je neemt op basis van informatie in de App. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor financieel verlies, gemiste besparingen of andere schade als gevolg van:

• Onnauwkeurige of vertraagde prijsinformatie
• Niet-beschikbaarheid van de App of technische problemen
• Beslissingen om elektriciteit op bepaalde tijden te gebruiken of niet te gebruiken, inclusief planningsaanbevelingen

Abonnementen (EnergiePrijs Pro)

Facturering

• Abonnementen worden gefactureerd via je Apple ID-account
• Betaling wordt in rekening gebracht bij bevestiging van de aankoop
• Abonnementen worden automatisch verlengd tenzij ten minste 24 uur voor het einde van de huidige periode opgezegd

Opzegging

• Beheer of annuleer abonnementen via iPhone Instellingen → Apple ID → Abonnementen
• Geen terugbetalingen voor gedeeltelijke abonnementsperioden
• Toegang tot Pro-functies blijft beschikbaar tot het einde van de betaalde periode

Prijswijzigingen

Abonnementsprijzen kunnen wijzigen. Je wordt van tevoren op de hoogte gesteld van eventuele prijsverhogingen; voortgezet gebruik geldt als aanvaarding.

Aanvaardbaar gebruik

Je gaat akkoord om niet:

• De App te reverse-engineeren, te decompileren of te demonteren
• De App voor onwettige doeleinden te gebruiken
• Te proberen ongeautoriseerde toegang te krijgen tot systemen of gegevens
• Prijsgegevens uit de App te verspreiden of te herverkopen

Intellectueel eigendom

De App, inclusief het ontwerp, de code en de inhoud (met uitzondering van gegevens van derden), is eigendom van Bunch Yazılım Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi en is beschermd door auteursrecht en andere intellectuele-eigendomsrechten.

Wijzigingen in voorwaarden

Wij kunnen deze Voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. Voortgezet gebruik van de App na wijzigingen geldt als aanvaarding van de nieuwe Voorwaarden. Wezenlijke wijzigingen worden gecommuniceerd via de App of de App Store-updatenotities.

Beperking van aansprakelijkheid

Voor zover toegestaan door de wet is Bunch Yazılım Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte, incidentele, bijzondere, gevolgschade of punitieve schade die voortvloeit uit jouw gebruik van de App.

Toepasselijk recht

Deze Voorwaarden worden beheerst door het recht van Nederland, zonder rekening te houden met conflicterende rechtsbeginselen.

By downloading or using EnergiePrijs ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of the App.

Service Description

EnergiePrijs displays electricity prices for the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy, including:

• Wholesale prices from the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform
• Estimated all-in costs (wholesale + energy tax + VAT + provider markup)
• Price level indicators (Negative, Very Cheap, Cheap, Normal, Expensive, Very Expensive)
• Smart scheduling recommendations for appliances
• 30-day price history with trends and insights
• Live Activity on the lock screen
• Apple Watch companion app with complications

Informational Purposes Only

The App is provided for informational purposes only. Price information displayed should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice.

Price Accuracy

While we strive to display accurate prices:

• Wholesale prices are sourced from ENTSO-E and may be delayed or unavailable
• Energy tax rates are based on published government rates per country and may change
• Provider markups are user-configured estimates and may differ from actual charges
• Calculated prices are estimates and may not match your actual energy bill
• Tax rates for Germany, France, Spain, and Italy are simplified and may not represent all regional surcharges or tiered rate structures

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price information.

Third-Party Data

Price data is provided by the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E). We are not responsible for:

• Data accuracy or availability from ENTSO-E
• Service interruptions or API changes by ENTSO-E
• Delays in price publication

No Liability for Decisions

You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information displayed in the App. We are not liable for any financial loss, missed savings, or other damages resulting from:

• Inaccurate or delayed price information
• App unavailability or technical issues
• Decisions to use or not use electricity at certain times, including scheduling recommendations

Subscriptions (EnergiePrijs Pro)

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Payment is charged upon purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Cancellation

• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period

Price Changes

Subscription prices may change. You will be notified in advance of any price increase, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Redistribute or resell price data obtained from the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by Bunch Yazılım Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or App Store update notes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunch Yazılım Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
