Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vibe: Party Games & Icebreaker (the "App"), operated by Bunch Yazılım Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Age Requirements

General Use

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

Mature Content

Content marked as 18+ requires you to confirm that you are 18 years or older. By accessing 18+ content, you certify that you meet this age requirement.

User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Respect other players and maintain appropriate conduct
• Not use the App to harass, harm, or offend others
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App
• Not create content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates others' rights

Custom Content

If you create custom prompts:

• You are solely responsible for your custom content
• You retain ownership of your custom content
• Your content must comply with our Content Guidelines
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

Content Guidelines

Custom prompts must not contain:

• Illegal activities or content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Explicit sexual content involving minors
• Personal information of others without consent
• Spam, malware, or malicious code
• Infringement of intellectual property rights

In-App Purchases

Purchases and Subscriptions

• Content Packs: One-time purchases that unlock themed content
• Party Pass: Subscription that unlocks all content packs
• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices are subject to change with notice

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed by Apple/Google and subject to their terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period

Restore Purchases

You can restore previously purchased content on new devices using the "Restore Purchases" feature in Settings.

Advertising

• Free users will see advertisements displayed through Google AdMob
• Party Pass subscribers and content pack purchasers receive an ad-free experience
• Advertisements are provided by third-party advertisers
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
• You may opt out of personalized ads through device settings

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

All content in the App, including prompts, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

• You may use the App's content for personal gameplay only
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Screenshots and recordings for personal use are permitted
• Commercial use requires written permission

Disclaimers

Content Disclaimer

• The App is for entertainment purposes only
• Prompts and challenges are suggestions; participation is voluntary
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on game prompts
• Players are responsible for their own safety and conduct

No Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Compatibility with all devices

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for user conduct or content
• We are not liable for third-party services (App Store, payment processors)

User Conduct and Safety

Player Safety

• Play responsibly and respectfully
• Respect personal boundaries and consent
• Do not pressure others to participate in uncomfortable activities
• Alcohol or substance use is your own responsibility

Reporting Issues

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Discontinue the App or features with notice

You may terminate your use by deleting the App from your device.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, contact us at info@bunch.ist to attempt informal resolution.

Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Apple is not a party to these Terms
• Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
• Apple is not responsible for product liability claims
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

Google Play Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the Google Play Terms of Service.

Special Provisions

Content Packs

• Each content pack is licensed, not sold
• Licenses are non-transferable
• Content may be updated or modified without notice
• Discontinued packs remain accessible to purchasers

Party Pass Subscription

• Access to all current and future content packs
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through App Store/Play Store settings
• No pro-rated refunds for early cancellation

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the App become our property, and we may use them without compensation or attribution.
